Now that Canada is eliminated from the Ice Hockey World Championships, Quebec born goaltender Marc-André Fleury has officially retired from professional hockey.
He finishes his historic NHL career with 1,051 games played (2nd all time), 575 wins (2nd all time) and 60,669 minutes of ice time (42 days total between the crease).
Although he never wore the Canadiens jersey, we wish Fleury all the best in retirement.
Statistically, the top 3 goalies in NHL history were all born in Quebec. #GoCanadiensGo
