In Penn State’s updated 2025 roster, a pair of veteran faces were no longer present, including a one-time starter.
Kicker Sander Sahaydak is no longer with the Nittany Lions, and is “hanging up the cleats,” as reported by Lions247. Offensive lineman Addison Penn was also absent in the new roster.
Sahaydak, slated to be a redshirt senior in 2025, won Penn State’s starting job at place kicker in both 2023 and 2024. But in both years, he lost the job after early season struggles.
